I implemented a new Project Management System and protocols using an agile workflow primarily with Asana, using Jira and Google to support documentation for all custom application projects. I used my experience in full-stack product development to aid in the build out of the companies Buy Online Automated Data product which is used by over 100 brands today.
My day to day tasks included the oversight of between 30 - 60 custom applications and implementation projects at a time where I managed a team of both remote and onsite designers developers and engineers. At times, custom CSS, JS, and HTML development adjustments were required from me directly and QA for projects I managed was mandatory in ensuring customer & quality satisfaction. I was the front line of communication with our clients, sharing training resources, assisting in support, and most importantly keeping client brand teams and their development agency's informed of project progress.
Working close with these teams, sometimes over seas, on application development to create custom product locator applications to match a current website aesthetic or a new site in development was common. Communication with third party data vendors was common to ensure the data for the application was going to be sufficient for the end user goal. Data being a large part of the companies offerings I spent a great deal of time working with product data, and on data management products with an internal team of developers and engineers to create a more usable line of products for our clients.

Pepsi Co
From inception to completion, I was the lead in bringing this project to launch, at times adding my own front end development skills to help expidite development processes. I met weekly by phone confrence with Deborah and Jasmine as well as other teams leading sprint and scrum calls to make sure all members had assets and deliverables along with well documented outlines and instructions from the Pepsi Co Brand Team.
Pepsi Co had a request for a product which I was brought on to take lead for R&D and product management.This included integration from multiple micro services and online Saas Products we offered such as Buy Online and Locator Scan Data to create an automated Facebook Ad generator flow for brand team members to quickly create product ads with links to online availablilty.

Panera Bread At Home
From inception to completion, I was the lead in bringing this page to launch, at times adding my own front end development skills to help expidite development processes. I met weekly by phone confrence with multiple teams leading sprint and scrum calls to make sure all members had assets and deliverables along with well documented outlines and instructions from the Panera Brand Team.
Panera was an early adopter of a product I was brought on to take lead R&D and product management on, Buy Online, a feature of the application that would scan the internet for barcodes of products sold at online retails and retur price and stock availability. A minified locator widget was also created under my product mangement role for the company internally and can be seen on individual product pages, like this one here.

Solo Cup
It was a pleasure to work with and develop applications for CPG Brands, nearly all of them! One of my favorite and nicest brands to work with were the people at solo cup. I was the lead in bringing this page to launch, at times adding my own front end development skills to help expidite development processes. Ocean Spray
This site was built for Caked Events, a full service event company located in Orange County California. The following website inlcuding all graphics, videos, and photos were taken, edited and created by myself for this project.
